Location: about 1.3 miles from the Square; about 2 miles from the University of Mississippi (OleMiss)

Bramlett Gardens community of single family homes is located north of the Oxford Square and is part of Oxford School District. Bramlett Gardens community is within a walking distance to the Square and everything it has to offer. The public library, where many events for kids and adults, take place, is a couple of minutes away. Avent Park, the beautiful local park where little children like to play, is part of Bramlett Gardens neighborhood. Bramlett Gardens is a location of the Bramlett Elementary School and Middle School (former High School). Oxford Elementary and the new gorgeous High School are less than a mile away. The Bramlett Gardens neighborhood is a safe, quiet (in most areas) and very green neighborhood. It is a desirable area for home buyers since it is so close to the Square and the University of Mississippi (OleMiss). Most houses here were built in the end of 50s and 60s, many of them ranch style or split floor. A lot of them have been redone since. Some buy older houses in “as is” condition in order to flip them. Prices here vary depending on the condition of the property.
