South Oaks
South Oaks is a popular subdivision just off South Lamar near the intersection with Highway 7 South. The neighborhood has character and attracts a lot of professionals and families. Residents seem to really enjoy living in this neighborhood and there are some great homes here. Homes offer a little more space for the money compared to homes closer to the square or the University. South Oaks is a friendly place with kids walking around and playing. The South Oaks subdivision is a part of the Oxford City School District.
